The Better Orgasm Diet

These days, everyone talks about natural  remedies and positive health, i.e. that good horny healthy oldies  is not merely the absence of disease  or infirmity.  Allopathic medicines seem to be passe.  So, for now, I’ve decided to switch  bandwagons,   give you a break from morbid medical terminology  and cures,  and take a peek some  ‘natural’ and ‘positive’ sexual  cures.

Here goes…

If you want hotter the sex addict, ‘bypass the bedroom and head  straight for the kitchen’ is the new mantra.  What you eat (or don’t eat) has a direct impact  on your sex life, affecting your hormone, energy and stress levels.  Here are seven  expert-certified foods to eat on your way to an explosive love life.  This  kind of   explosion, I believe, has not yet been banned by governments.

  1. Honey:
  2.   The sweet stuff is a bountiful  source of boron (a mineral also  found in green leafy  vegetables,  fruits, legumes and nuts).  Boron helps the body metabolise  and utilizes  oestrogen the basic  female sex hormone.  Some studies  have shown that this mineral may also enhance  blood  levels of testosterone, the hormone responsible for  promoting the specific  drive  for  genital sex and orgasm in both the vas deferens between  men and women
  3. walnut oil:
  4. Fats from vegetables, seeds, and nuts are key sources of fatty acids, from which your body produces cholesterol .   despite its bad reputation, cholesterol is  the basis  for all sex hormones.  If you have recently started a  rigorous non-fat diet and you’ve  noticed a flagging of interest   and desires, fit in more healthy fats and you’ll probably  experience a jump in libido.  Look for vegetable and nut  oils labeled ‘cold pressed’.  These retain more nutrients  than those processed with heat.  Cold-pressed oils also contain vitamin E, which  is essential  to keeping your hormones balanced.
  5. Oats:
  6. This equine increase the amount of the hormone testosterone available  in the blood.  To pump up your libido, herbalists recommend eating  a cup of cooked  oatmeal and drinking three  cups of oat-straw infusion  a few times a week. To make  the infusion, fill a quart  jar one-third full with dried oat-straw herb (available  at health –food  stores).  Pour  in boiling  water, tighten lid, and allow the solution to steep for at least four hours.   Strain and refrigerate the liquid.  You can drink it warm or cold.  Then you can  really start horsing around.
  7. Oysters:
  8. This classic aphrodisiac may actually deserve its reputation.  Shellfish (in fact, all seafood) is packed  with   minerals   that are critical  components  of sex hormones.  Minerals are also  vital for optimal functioning  of your brain  and nervous system.  The minerals in seafood  are already  in their so-called  salt forms, which makes  them readily usable by the body.
  9. Kelp:
  10.   Seaweed is another  source of minerals.  It is high in iodine, which helps with thyroid function, and it is not  uncommon for people suffering a gain one Organ lose another of libido to have  a mild case of hypothyroidism  that doesn’t  show up in medical tests.  If this is the case, kelp can help- though it might take a month or more of regular kelp –eating  to feel results.  Try eating more Japanese food   or sprinkling  dried kelp over salads or rice.  That might even help make your partner yelp in bed.
  11. Chocolate:
  12.   Isn’t  it great when a food  you love is also  good for your love real life and real life?  Chocolates contain methylxanthines,  which stimulate the transmission and  conduction of nerve impulses.  In addition, they  also create a feeling of satisfaction chocolate  is also known  as an organoleptic food, which  means that its sensual texture,  colour, scent help get you  in the mood.  Other sensual foods include cocoa,  chocolate sauce, ice cream,  cheese sauces, and cream sauces.  No dope, however,  is available about our Indian mithais.  But judging  by India’s  population figures, they seem to be working pretty well too.
  13. Eggs:
  14.   Chockful of B vitamins, especially B6 and B5 (pantothenic acid), eggs can help blow  away bedroom blues  by balancing  levels, maintaining energy  levels, and helping  the body cope with stress.

Well, try these  out and tell me if they work.  If they do, who knows, I might even start an orgasm Cafe section in my office.
