As a psychiatrist I am constantly impressed with one outstanding paradox.  In virtually every patient, I see a person living in the Space Age who has left his (or her) sexual organs in the Stone Age abortion

The cumulative effect of thousands of years of education, culture, and refinement has not had much impact on our knowledge about the genitals.

Despite all the frank, “for adults only,” films and books today, most people still are abysmally ignorant about sex.  A jet pilot propels his airliner through space at 600 miles an hour- he cannot propel his own penis seven inches into a vagina.

During the day a woman physicist explores the mysteries of nuclear particles.  At night she is left to ponder the mystery of her own homo0sexuality.

Most of us are in the uncomfortable position of knowing more about what occurs 238,000 miles away on the surface of the moon than what happens six inches below our own navels impotence.

Something else has happened.  In a mysterious, barely comprehensible way the members of our society who are least qualified scientifically and emotionally have taken control of sex.  Anthony Comstock, the psychotic legislator, was responsible for a myriad of bizarre sexual laws that remain on the books today.

The Reverend Bowdler, a sick man, systematically went through classical works of literature expunged the remotest sexual reference. “Bowdlerized” even today is a synonym for literary rape. Sexual behavior is often judged by clergymen whose qualifications include their soleman renunciation of sexual intercourse aphrodisiacs.

Tragically, those who undertake to control our sexual destinies   are often sexually sick themselves.  The decency leagues dedicated to abridging sexual behavior – except on their terms – are simply trying to deprive others of the reasonable use of their sexual   organs.

Every one of us has made that seven-inch journey  through  the  penis into the vagina  to meet the other  half of our future protoplasm, and  has then settled  in the uterus for the  280—day wait.

There is no reason now to be ashamed of how we traveled and where we grew- there is no more suitable place. These are the reason I chose to write this book.

The first step in bringing knowledge of our sexual behavior up to the same standard as, for example, our knowledge of pigs sexual behavior, is simply to make an available all the facts on the subject.

There are at least a dozen well-written, honest books on swine-breeding- they tell the whole story, directly, scientifically, and sometimes   even entertainingly.

There should be at least one book about us – human beings- that does it the same way.

Previously published books in this area generally approach sex from one of several directions september sex

One popular theme is the technical manual which should be entitled how to Copulate efficiently, or euphemistically,Sexual Pleasures in Marriage, Sex without Guilt, etc.  Such books tell how to “do it” in a nice, socially acceptable way.
